The highest standards are expected of, and delivered by our Site Managers.  We have put in place a series of stringent inspections which are carried out throughout construction and prior to completion by both ourselves and independent inspectors. 

Every Dunelm Home comes with the peace of mind of the Ten Year Buildmark Warranty provided by the NHBC.  Throughout the build of each home the NHBC will inspect the work being carried out and, once the property is completed, will carry out a final inspection after which a Covernote is issued, providing they are satisfied, agreeing to provide the insurance for the property. 

At this point our Site Managers and Contracts Managers will have already carried out a thorough inspection but we have put in place an additional Quality Control Inspection to ensure that every home meets the expectations of our customers. 

Following these inspections any necessary works are carried out to ensure that the quality of our homes is of the highest possible standard.
