Dunelm Homes are presently working on several schemes with Local Authorities to redevelop previously developed housing sites. These include St. Helens Auckland, Lily Gardens at Dipton and Widdrington Station in Northumberland.
We are seeking more opportunities to work in partnership with both public and private organisations to provide exceptional redeveloped housing sites which enable the creation of new sustainable communities.
We are able to offer a wide range of solutions which include a total remediation and enablement package which allows housing development in the first instance.
By working with others, including Local Authorities and Housing Associations for example, many options can be considered including the provision of houses for rent and shared ownership as well as the promise of affordable houses for sale to enable the first steps on the housing ladder to be made by many.
